Starzz (“Starzz” “Us”, “We”, and “Our”) understand that Your privacy is important to You and is committed to being transparent about the technologies it uses.

This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains what kind of Personal Data we collect about You and how We use Your Personal Data through Our Website or through Your use of Our Service. It also describes the choices available to You regarding Our use of Your Personal Data and how You can access the information. We respect Your privacy and We take protecting it seriously.

This Privacy Policy should be read together with Our Terms and Conditions.

1.1. This Privacy Policy applies to persons who use Our Website and hence provide Personal Data to Starzz.

1.2. We do not sell Your Personal Data to third parties. A “sale” of Personal Data under the CCPA is defined broadly to include the “selling, renting, releasing, disclosing, disseminating, making available, transferring, or otherwise communicating orally, in writing, or by electronic or other means” the Personal Data of a Consumer to another business or third party “for monetary or other valuable consideration”. If We decide to sell the Service, We will inform You about this, so You can forbid Us to transfer Your Personal Data together with Our business. If so, We will delete Our Data from the databases prior to a business transfer.

1.3. If You do not carefully read, do not fully understand, or disagree with the Privacy Policy, You must immediately stop using Our Website.

2.1.8. “User” — any person or entity by its authorized representative visiting Our Website and/or using Our Service; or anyone connecting Us for any reason through email or “Register for ICO” form. The User corresponds to the Data Subject, who is the subject of Personal Data.

3.1. Starzz LLC, (Griffith Corporate Center, Beachmont, 784 Kingstown, St.Vincent and the Grenadines) is the Data Controller that is responsible for the Personal Data collected and used within the scope of this Privacy Policy.

5. PERSONAL DATA THAT WE COLLECT AND PROCESS

5.1. We need Your Personal Data to provide Our Service to you. Without providing such Personal Data, We are not able to provide You the Service You wish to receive. Our Website is designed in a way that it is possible for the Users to visit and use Our Website without exposing any Personal Data about themselves. Technical information of Your devices (e.g. IP address) which You use for communications, or transactions (cell phone, tablet, notebook, personal computer, etc.; and details concerning Your transfers of cryptocurrency tokens, including SRZ tokens, insofar as these are publicly viewable on the cryptocurrency platform concerned

5.1.5. Transaction Personal Data including details about payments to and from You and other details of any transactions You enter into using products and/or Service You have purchased from Us.

5.2. Furthermore, We are entitled to request from You information that We need in connection with the holding and using of Starzz tokens ($SRZ):

5.2.1. Holding in wallets

5.2.2. Wallet address.

5.3. Additionally, We may collect Marketing and Communications Data that include Your preferences in receiving marketing from Us and Our third parties and Your communication preferences.

5.4. We may collect Personal Data from You in a variety of ways and circumstances, including, but not limited to, access to the Starzz, a subscription to a newsletter, filling out a „Register to ICO“ form, and providing Us with feedback. We shall be entitled to combine Personal Data collected in the course of Your interaction with different sections of the Service with any other relevant available information.

6. PERSONAL DATA, COLLECTED IN AN AUTOMATIC WAY

6.1. We may also automatically collect User Data about the devices You use to interact with Our Service. The User Data automatically collected by or transmitted to Us in the course of accessing, interacting, and operating the Service may include, without limitation, the following the User Data:

We utilize Cookies as part of Our efforts to enhance Your experience of using Our Website. To the extent that information processed in connection with Cookies should qualify as Personal Data, the legal ground for that processing is Your consent (for the EU resident — according to Art. 6 (1) lit. (a) GDPR), except the usage of the strictly necessary Cookies that usually may be essential for the website functioning and can be processed without consent. 8.2. EU Persons Consent to Personal Data processing

8.2.1. If You are an EU Person and to process Your Personal Data We need to receive Your consent, as it is prescribed by GDPR, We will process Your Personal Data only in the case We have received from You a freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous indication of Your wishes by which You signify agreement to the processing of Your Personal Data («Consent»).

8.2.2. We only collect the location information where Users have granted Us permission to do so through the obtaining permission system used by their device platforms. Within Your consent to the inclusion of background location in Our Website.

9.1. Your Personal Data is processed in accordance with the generally recognized norms of international law and laws of St.Vincent & The Grenadines, as well as the norms applicable to You, including but not limited to:

9.1.1. All processing of Personal Data is performed in accordance with regulations and rules following the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Act No. 18 of 2003 (“Privacy Act 2003”).

9.1.1.9.1.2. If You are located in California, all processing of Personal Data, is performed in accordance with regulations and rules following the California Consumer Privacy Act, Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.100 et seq. (“CCPA”).

9.1.2.9.1.3. If You are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) privacy rights are granted and all processing of Personal Data is performed by regulations and rules following the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons concerning the processing of Personal Data and on the free movement of such data, known as the General Data Protection Regulation («GDPR»).

We may request additional information necessary to confirm Your identity. We may reject requests that are unreasonably repetitive, excessive, or manifestly unfounded.

11. DATA STORING AND DELETION

11.1. We store Your Personal Data for as long as needed to provide You with Our Service. We may store Personal Data longer, but only in a way that it cannot be tracked back to You. When Personal Data is no longer needed, We delete it using reasonable measures to protect the Personal Data from unauthorized access or use.

11.2. EU Territory. We store Personal Data as long as it is needed for the provision of Our Service. Traffic information is erased or made anonymous when it is no longer needed for the transmission or, in the case of payable Service, up to the end of the period during which the bill may lawfully be challenged or payment pursued. Direct marketing and provision of value-added Service information (including traffic information used for these purposes) are stored as long as the same is necessary for the provision of these activities, or up to the time when a User opts out from such use under this Privacy Policy. If You request the deletion of Your Personal Data within 180 days, We will delete it immediately. Within 180 days You can restore Your account by starting to use it, and this period automatically ends.

If We become aware that We have unknowingly collected personally identifiable information from a child under the age of 13, We will make reasonable efforts to delete such information from Our records. 12. TRANSFER OF DATA

12.1. Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to – and maintained on – computers located outside of Your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of Your jurisdiction.

12.2. If You are located outside the European Union and the USA and choose to provide information to Us, please note that We may transfer the Data, including Personal Data, to the European Union and the USA and process it there.

12.3. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by Your submission of such information represents Your agreement to that transfer.

12.4. Starzz will take all the steps reasonably necessary to ensure that Your Data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of Your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of Your Personal Data and other personal information.

13. DO NOT TRACK SIGNALS

13.1. “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) is a preference You can set in Your web browser to let the websites You visit know that You do not want them collecting Data about You. At this time, this Website does not respond to DNT or similar signals.

14. DATA SECURITY

14.1. We care to ensure the security of Personal Data. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the information submitted to Us, both during transmission and once We receive it. We maintain technical, physical, and administrative security measures to provide reasonable protection for Your Personal Data. When We or Our contractors process Your information, We also make sure that Your information is protected from unauthorized access, loss, manipulation, falsification, destruction, or unauthorized disclosure. 14.2. There is no 100% secure method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage. Therefore, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.

14.3. We never process any kind of sensitive data or criminal offense data. Also, We never undertake to profile Personal Data.

15. CONTRACTORS

15.1. We work with third-party Service providers, who provide the Website, Website development, hosting, maintenance, and other Service for Us. These contractors may have access to, or process Personal Data on behalf of Us as part of providing those Service for Us. We limit the information provided to these Service providers to that which is reasonably necessary for them to perform their functions.

15.2. All data transfers are performed in accordance with the highest security regulations.

15.3. All Data processed by Us is stored exclusively in secure facilities provided by Mailchimp (Atlanta, United States), Web Server IONOS (Frankfurt, Germany), and, mainly, by our hosting provider – DigitalOcean (the USA).

17. USE OF THIS SERVICE BY MINORS
